Result of Annual General Meeting

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 13 May 2009 were passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company circulated to Shareholders on 8 April 2009.
