2012 Interim Dividend - determination of currency amounts
Glencore International plc has previously announced that:
1. its interim dividend for 2012 is US$0.054 per ordinary share
2. this dividend is payable on 13 September 2012 to holders of record at the close of business on 31 August 2012 on the Jersey (principal) register and at the opening of business on 31 August 2012 on the Hong Kong (HK) branch register
3. the interim dividend has been declared and paid in U.S. dollars, although Shareholders on the Jersey register have been able to elect to receive their dividend payments in Pounds Sterling, Euros or Swiss Francs. Shareholders on the HK branch register will receive their dividends in HK dollars
4. the Pound Sterling, Euro, Swiss Franc or HK dollar amount payable are determined by reference to the closing mid exchange rates applicable to the U.S. dollar on Friday 7 September 2012.
