Notification of transactions by connected person of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

The Company announces that on 23 December 2014 it was notified that ECP Galaxy Holdings S.à r.l (ECP) has made the following sales of shares in the Company:

1.   on 22 December 1,402,419 Shares were sold at an average price per share of GBP2.9706; and

2.   on 23 December 5,163,569 Shares were sold at an average price per share of GBP3.0024

These share sales took place in London.

ECP is an affiliate of FR Galaxy Holdings S.a.r.l (FR) which is a connected person of William Macaulay, a Director and PDMR of the Company.

After these sales by ECP, FR and ECP together now hold 128,986,622 shares in the Company.
