Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Glencore notifies the market of the following:

At close of business on 31 December 2013, Glencore issued voting share capital consisted of 13,278,405,466 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. Each ordinary share carries one voting right. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Glencore is 13,278,405,466.

The above figure of 13,278,405,466 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Glencore under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
