Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Glencore notifies the market of the following:
At close of business on 30 September 2015, Glencore's issued share capital consisted of 14,586,200,066 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. Each ordinary share carries one voting right except for the 191,459,158 shares which the Company held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Glencore at that date was 14,394,740,908.
The above figure of 14,394,740,908 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Glencore under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
