Change to Board Committee Composition

Dublin/London, 1 October 2021: Glenveagh Properties plc ("Glenveagh" or the "Company") today announces a change to the composition of its Board Committees to take place with immediate effect.

Ms Camilla Hughes is appointed to the Nomination Committee, replacing Ms Cara Ryan. The composition of each of the Board Committees is fully aligned with the provisions of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code and is detailed below.
