Director Appointment

Glenveagh Properties PLC ("Glenveagh" or the "Group"), a leading Irish homebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Rice as an executive director with effect from 1 November 2019.

Mr Rice has been engaged as the Group's Chief Financial Officer since IPO in October 2017 and has responsibility for the Group's finance, treasury and IT functions. Mr Rice is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a former Group Financial Controller of Kingspan Group plc.

There are no details requiring disclosure for Michael Rice under Rules 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules or Rules 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of the above appointment.
