TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, Glenveagh Properties PLC ("Glenveagh") announces that: 

As of 31 October 2017, the total number of ordinary shares in issue was 667,049,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each with voting rights. 

Glenveagh does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Glenveagh is 667,049,000.

The above figure of 667,049,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Glenveagh under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules issued by the Central Bank of Ireland.
