Global Connectivity plc (AQSE: GCON), formerly known as Rural Broadband Solutions Plc, a company focused on communication services and technologies that enhance connectivity,

is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Apex Corporate Services (IOM) Limited, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, British Isles on Wednesday 30 August 2023 at 10.30a.m.
