The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the address of the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, will be changed from 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 to 8 Robinson Road, #03-00 ASO Building, Singapore 048544 and that the place where Register of Members and Index is kept will also be maintained at the aforesaid address with effect from 27 July 2015.
