NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") announces that it has today posted a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") convening Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of the Company.

The EGM is being convened to approve the acquisition of, inter alia, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Satellite Acquisition Corporation. The EGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 19 August 2015 at The National University of Singapore Society, Suntec City Guild House, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-401/402 Suntec City Mall, Singapore 038983.
