Resumption of sales by Southeast Asia broadcaster

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to its performance guidance dated 29 July 2015 and the financial statement for the half-year ended 30 June 2015 ("1H FY2015") dated 14 August 2015.

The Group is pleased to announce that it has renewed its sales contract with a leading Southeast Asia broadcaster, one of the Group's major customers, which will commence revenue contribution from August 2015.

All of the Group's delayed orders of satellite dishes and low-noise blocks ("LNBs") by major customers in the U.S., U.K. and Asia have restarted since delays in 1H FY2015  and are expected to contribute to the financial performance of the Group in the second half of 2015.

Shareholders are advised to act cautiously when dealing with their shares in the Company and when doing so should consider the financial results of the Group for 1H FY2015.
