                        Talent Group plc ('the Company')

                      Change of Accounting Reference Date


The Company announces that following the acquisition of The Talent Group Limited
it will be changing its accounting reference date to 30th September from 28th
February, with immediate effect, to synchronise this with the year end of The
Talent Group Limited.


As a result of this change, the Company will be preparing consolidated audited
accounts for the seven month period ended 30th September, 2002, which will be
announced and posted to shareholders by no later than 31st March, 2003.


Following this, the Company will prepare unaudited consolidated interim results
for the six month period ending 31st March, 2003, and consolidated audited
accounts for the year ending 30th September, 2003.
