Talent Group plc ('Talent' or 'the Company') announces that it has appointed
Annie Miles as a director of the Company, responsible for childrens' television
programming. Ms Miles, aged 50, spent 15 years in advertising and marketing
brand management before moving into television in 1990, as general manager of
The Children's Channel, a new satellite and cable children's station.


She then went on to head up one of the UK's largest and best known animation
studios, Cosgrove Hall Films, before joining Granada Media as director of its
newly created animation division. Ms Miles then moved to Fox Kids as managing
director of its UK division in 1999 and joined Talent to head the newly
established division, Talent Kids, in January, 2003.


Ms Miles has no current directorships and has not held any statutory directory
directorships within the last five years. She has confirmed that there is no
further information required to be disclosed under paragraph 15 of the AIM
Rules.
