                              Notifiable Interest


The Company was notified on 14th January, 2003 that following a sale of 62,000
ordinary shares in Talent, Swan Corporation Limited now holds 190,500 ordinary
shares representing 1.18% of the issued share capital of Talent.

As a result Mr Duncan Duckett is now beneficially interested in 1,108,645
ordinary shares representing 6.84% of the issued share capital of Talent.
