New Programmes commissioned by the BBC
The board of Talent is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Talent
Television Limited ('Talent TV') has been commissioned by BBC One to produce
four more programmes in the 'Test the Nation' interactive series for BBC One.
These will follow on from Test the Nation - The 2003 Test, which will be
broadcast as part of BBC One's Christmas Schedule. The new shows, to be produced
during 2004, will include Test the Nation - The National Driving Test.
Previous Test the Nation programmes produced by Talent TV have included IQ
Tests, The End of the Year Test 2002, The Relationship Test and The National
Quiz.
John Kaye Cooper, deputy chairman and creative director of Talent, says 'Test
the Nation has established a major benchmark in live interactive 'event TV' and
we are delighted that the BBC has shown such confidence in its future
development on BBC One.'
