Exercise of Options
Further to the announcement yesterday, the Company has applied for 500,000
shares, no par value, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Such admission is
expected on 26 April 2005.
The shares have bee issued following the exercise of options by Taylor Collison
Limited. The options, which were issued in October 2003 as payment in lieu of
brokerage fees for the private placement of funds in the company, are
exercisable at 25 cents each. The remaining 500,000 options held by them are
exercisable by 31 December 2005.
