Global Petroleum Limited - Incentive Options

The Company advises that it intends to seek Shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting for the issue of up to 400,000 $0.25 incentive options expiring 30 June 2014, including 300,000 incentive options to Mr Clint McGhie, Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary.  The remaining incentive options will be issued to key consultants of the Company.
