DataCash Group plc ("The Company")


Blocklisting Application


The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 1,068,594 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the
"Ordinary Shares").  Admission of the Ordinary Shares under the blocklisting is
expected to take place on 10 July 2006.


The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the terms of
the top-up rights contained within the acquisition agreement between DataCash
and Proc Cyber Services (UK) Limited.  They will be issued credited as fully
paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
