RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER

Noble & Company Limited ('Nobles') announce that as from 12 noon, Tuesday 21
December 1999, they have resigned from their role as nominated adviser to CES.
Nobles are replaced by Collins Stewart Limited with immediate effect from the
time of Nobles' resignation.
