Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed today that David Bailey, a Director of the Company,
sold 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 247 pence per share. Following this
disposal Mr Bailey is beneficially interested in 555,562 ordinary shares which
represents 0.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
