Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed today that Andrew Dark, the Chief Operating Officer of
the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 247 pence per share.
Following this disposal Mr Dark is beneficially interested in 15,000 Ordinary
Shares which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
