Director Shareholding


The Company was informed that on the 20 April 2007 David Bailey, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, exercised options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each, 100,000 shares at an exercise price of 24.50 pence per share and
50,000 shares at an exercise price of 26.58 pence per share. Following this
exercise of share options Mr Bailey's beneficial shareholding in the Company is
705,562 ordinary shares representing 0.77% of the issued share capital.
