Grant of Options


On 17 July 2007, Andrew Dark (Chief Operating Officer) and Paul Burton (Chief
Financial Officer) were each granted 120,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p
each for nil consideration under the 2007 Enterprise Management Incentive Share
Option Plan (38,834 shares each) and the DataCash Unapproved Share Option Plan
(81,166 shares each), both of which were approved by shareholders at the
Company's AGM on 27 June 2007. The options can be exercised between 17 July 2010
to 17 July 2017 subject to the Company meeting certain performance criteria and
have an exercise price of zero pence.

Following this grant of options, Andrew Dark and Paul Burton have the following
interests in the shares of DataCash
