Director Shareholding


The Company was informed on 9 May 2006 that on the 9 May 2006 Mr Nicholas
Temple, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, exercised options over 30,000
ordinary shares of 1 penny each at an exercise price of 26.58 pence per share.
On the same day Mr Temple sold 10,700 ordinary shares at 182 pence per share.
Following this exercise of share options and the subsequent share disposal Mr
Temple's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 23,600 ordinary shares
representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital and options over 20,935
ordinary shares.
