The Company was informed on 9 May 2006 that on the 8 May 2006 Mr Andrew Dark,
the Chief Executive of the Company, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny
each at 155 pence per share. Following this share purchase Mr Dark's beneficial
shareholding in the Company is 25,000 ordinary shares representing 0.06 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
