Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed today that David Bailey, the Deputy Chairman of the
Company, sold 100,000 ordinary sharer at a price of 306 pence per share. 
Following this disposal Mr Bailey is beneficially interested in 605,562 Ordinary
Shares which represents 0.66% of the issued share capital of the Company.
