Change of Director
The Board of DataCash Group plc announces today that further to the Board
re-organisation at the time of the interim results, which saw Paul Burton
appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Andrew Dark as Chief Operating Officer,
and in recognition of corporate governance guidelines, Keith Butcher, the
Commercial Director, will step down from the Group Board with effect from 31
December 2006. He will remain with the Group, continuing in his capacity as
Commercial Director and Company Secretary.
The Board also announces that Ashley Head, currently Non-Executive Chairman will
become Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2007. Further Board
non-executive appointments will be announced in due course.
