Director Announcement


DataCash Group plc, the AIM Listed Payment Service Provider, announces that
Gavin Breeze, founder and Business Development Director has indicated a wish to
reduce his day-to-day involvement with the business. Gavin is a resident of
Jersey, and is impacted by the changes proposed by the Chancellor of the
Exchequer. He will resign as a director of the company on March 31st, but will
remain as a consultant to the company and will continue to devote a substantial
part of his working week to the development of the DataCash business.
