Corporate Executive Search International Plc (the 'Company') announces that on
21st September 1999 it granted Mr Julian Compton, Finance Director of the
Company, options over 6,860,120 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.  This
represents a 4.40% interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.  The options are exercisable at 1.67p after two years from the date
of grant of the options and not more than five years after that date. 
Subsequently Mr Compton has options over a total of 9,360,120 ordinary shares
(6.0%) in the Company.
