Corporate Executive Search International Plc (the 'Company')

The Company announces that it has today granted Mr Julian Compton, Finance
Director of the Company, options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing
a 0.64% interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and
exercisable at 1.58p after two years from the date of grant of the options and
not more than five years after that date.  Subsequently Mr Compton has options
over a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares (1.60%) in the Company.
