DataCash Group Plc (the "Company")

Dividend Timetable


Further to the announcement earlier today in respect of the Company's
preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007, the Company confirms
that, subject to shareholder approval, it intends to pay a dividend of 1.1 pence
per ordinary share on 18th July 2008 to those shareholders on the register at
the close of business on 20th June 2008. The ex-dividend date is the 18th June
2008.
