DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company")


Correction Announcement


Further to the announcement (RNS Number 8443R) made earlier on today, the Board
of DataCash have subsequently been informed by the Board of NetGiro 
International AB ("NetGiro International") that all of the resolutions proposed
at the Extraordinary General Meeting of NetGiro International held earlier today
were adjourned until 30 March 2007 while the Board of NetGiro International
considers the alternative proposal. This includes the adjournment of the
resolution to approve the acquisition of NetGiro Systems AB by DataCash as
previously announced.


The Board of DataCash are therefore making this correction announcement.
