Director Shareholding

Guernsey, 18 January 2016: The Company announces that it has been advised that 100% of the Ordinary Shares in the Company held by Lenuta Ltd, a company whose ultimate beneficial owner is Mr Dimitris Raptis (Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer of the Company), comprising 142,500 shares, has been transferred into the personal name of Mr. Raptis.  Mr. Raptis' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company remains unchanged.
