Guernsey, 14 June 2016: The Company announces that it has today been advised that Eli Alroy, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, through his investment vehicle A.Y.R.A.D Investments Ltd, at a price of €5.05 per ordinary share

Following the above share purchase, Mr Elroy has an interest in 368,814 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.59 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
