Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces that it has been advised that on 10 April 2017 Ioannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, acquired 1,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €7.50 per ordinary share.
The Company has also been advised that on 10 April 2017 Dimitris Raptis, a director of the Company, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €7.25 per ordinary share.
Following the above share purchases, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,278,901 ordinary shares, equivalent to 25.75 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital and Mr Raptis has an interest in 359,222 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.40 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transactions listed above are set out below:
