The Company was notified on 18 February 2010 that the following holding of Ordinary Shares was acquired on 18 February 2010 and are beneficially held by Malcolm Burne, a Director of the Company:

100,000 ordinary shares at 54.5p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Burne holds a total of 312,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
