The Company was notified on 25 November 2010 that Dr John Bowles, alternate Director for Mr Malcolm Burne and Mr Kaare Foy, Directors of the Company, acquired a further 500 ordinary shares at 101.5 per share on 18 November 2010.

 Following this purchase, Dr Bowles holds a total of 3,314 ordinary shares in the Company.
