At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 May 2008, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed; 

IT WAS RESOLVED THAT the proposed amendments to the warrant instrument of the Company dated 15 November 2006 (which amendments are summarised in the letter from Malcolm Burne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, contained in the document sent to Warrantholders of the Company dated 2 May 2008), be and they are hereby approved.
