The Directors were informed on 28 July 2008 of the sale on 28 July 2008 of 6,457,706 shares and 3,407,706 warrants in the Company by Ambrian Capital plc. Following this sale, Ambrian Capital plc will only hold 2,900,000 warrants in GPPM.
