Exercise of Options
The Company announces today that it has issued and allotted 600,000
ordinary shares of 1p each following a notice of exercise of options.
The total proceeds of the exercise of options is £45,000 (7.5p per
ordinary share).
Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the AIM Market. The new ordinary shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of
these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 30 November 2007.
