Notice of Annual General Meeting
Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, is pleased to announce that it's Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 December 2023 at 12:00 pm (noon) at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS.
The notice of AGM and form of proxy will be available on the Company's website at http://www.goldplat.com/downloads and hard copies will today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies.
The Annual Report and accounts are in the process of being finalised and will be published before 31 December 2023. Resolution 1, to receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2023, will be adjourned until such time as they can be forwarded to shareholders and the requisite notice given.
