 ("GoldStone" or the "Company")

AKROKERRI LICENCE, GHANA

As set out in the announcement of its acquisition on 4 October 2010, the Akrokerri Licence, held by Pan African Resources Ghana Limited ("PAR Ghana"), in which the Company currently has a 95.1% shareholding, came to the end of its first term on 6 November 2010.  An application for an extension has been filed with the Minerals Commission of Ghana.  The Directors believe that the renewal will be granted because PAR Ghana is entitled to apply for a second term of the permit and has complied with the conditions to obtain such renewal.  A further announcement will be made in due course.
