The Directors of GoldStone Resources Ltd ('GoldStone' or the 'Company') are
pleased to announce that Dr. Hendrik Schloemann has been appointed to the Board
of the Company as Director of Exploration and New Business Development with
immediate effect.



Dr. Schloemann is a qualified geologist and has thirteen years of exploration
experience in Africa and South America.  During 2006 and 2007 Dr. Schloemann
held the position of Exploration Manager for Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited
('Harmony') and was responsible for Harmony's exploration activities in Africa.
Prior to this Dr. Schloemann worked for Aurelian Resources Inc. where he
contributed significantly to the discovery of the 14M oz Fruta del Norte gold
deposit in Ecuador in 2006.



Nico van der Hoven, Chief Executive Officer, said 'The Board welcomes Dr.
Schloemann as an Executive Director and believes that his appointment to the
portfolio of Exploration and Business Development will further the expansion of
the Company's gold exploration horizons.  Dr. Schloemann's focus will be on
hydrothermal gold deposits.'

information that should be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of
Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
