Posting of Annual Report and AGM Notice

Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2019 and Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are today being posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 19 February 2020 at the Company's head office, Dowlish Ford, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 0PF.
