Application for Second Allotment of Shares

Further to the Results of the Share Offer announcement on 22 June 2016, Good Energy is pleased to announce that funds related to the second allotment of New Ordinary Shares has cleared and an application has been made for these 197,041 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission and commencement of dealings will be on or around 1^st July 2016.

The Company confirms that the total gross proceeds under the recent Share Offer will be limited to £3.1 million and not increased as proposed on the 22^nd June 2016.
