The Board of the Company was informed today that Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company, has sold 42,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 287.8471p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 158,500 Ordinary Shares representing 1.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
