The Board of the Company was informed today that Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company, has sold 27,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 266.6165p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 131,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
