Exercise of Share Options and Director's Shareholding

The Board of Company was informed today that:

1.   on 3^rd October 2013, Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company:

1.1  exercised a share option to the extent of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  The exercise price applicable was £1.00 per ordinary share; and

1.2  sold 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of £1.65 per ordinary share.

2.   on 3^rd October 2013, Patricia Peagam, (wife of Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company), sold 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of £1.65 per ordinary share.

Following these transactions the interest of Garry Peagam in ordinary shares of the Company is:

The aggregate shareholding of the Directors of the Company is 1,479,871 ordinary shares representing 10.09 per cent of the total shares in issue.
