Notice of AGM and pre-AGM investor event

Annual General Meeting

Good Energy announces that its Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at  https://group.goodenergy.co.uk/investor-centre/agm-and-general-meeting-information/ .

The Company's AGM will be held at 2pm on 22 June 2022 at the Company's offices. Shareholders planning to attend the AGM on 22 June 2022 are asked to register their attendance by contacting [e-mail] .

Online votes and Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 2pm on Monday 20 June 2022. Pre-AGM Investor presentation and Q&A

Management will give an online presentation to investors on 15 June 2022 at 11am via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform ahead of the Company's AGM, which is being held on Wednesday 22 June 2022. The presentation, hosted by Chief Executive Nigel Pocklington and CFO Rupert Sanderson, will commence at 11am and will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A.

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders as well as Good Energy customers. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
